“Our environment, the world in which we live and work, is a mirror of our attitudes

And expectations”. We all know that every one of us is afraid to die may be the reasons are the catastrophes that we are facing right now. But we need to accept the fact  that the reasons behind all this, we people living on earth. We have ye time time to avoid all of this and to stop all of this atrocious phenomens and we must  nurture the change so that we can overcome all of this. Even though we are abusive to mother earth at last we are forgiving opur sins. Until we have time to change all of thiswe must start now. To avoid scarcities  and calamities. And to change our bad behaviours.

                       

MY REFLECTION


SECOND GRADING IS ABOUT TO END I THINK THIS SECOND GRADING IS ONE OF THE WONDERFUL AND MEMORABLE TIME THAT I SPEND.BECAUSE THE FLOW OF OUR DISCUSSION IN ICT BECAME  MORE INTERESTING AND CHALLENGING. I'VE LEARNED  A LOT AND I MAY NOW LONGER USE THE COMPUTER WITH MY OWN CONTROL AND KNOWLEDGE. ALSO OUR TEACHER I ICT WAS VERY CARING AND EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS VERY BUSY ON HER REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER PAPERS SHE IS RUSHING TO DISCUS THE LESSONS AND OTHER HAND ON ACTIVITIES.I CAN SAY THAT SHE IS A GREAT AND HARDWORKING TEACHER IN ICT BECAUSE SHE KNOW HOW TO MANAGE HER TIME FOR HER STUDENTS AND FOR HER PAPER WORKS.THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN SAY WAS THIS SECOND GRADING WAS CHALLENGING,INTERESTING,EDUCATING ;)))))

                                                       MY TEACHER MY HERO
Do you know that heroes don't always dress in superhero suit? A hero can wear regular clothes and they can be regular people. My teacher is a hero because she teaches me a lot. you know that a teacher can give his or her 
time even passed hours for only to teach the students and teachers also your mother,father,and best friend. they are the reason why many people succeeded in the lives. Because of the teachers who motivated the students to study hard and give advice how important education is.Every year we are celebrating the school based Teacher's Month Celebration and the World Teachers Day. this occasion we the students give flowers gifts and different offerings for the teachers Exchanged for the love and hard work that they exerted.the student leaders always conducting different activities for the teachers and also a short program. and the FEC officers conducting mini intrams for the teachers  and the like. as a sign of ventble gratitude and affection to our dear teachers we are conducting several activities which really give them time to ralax themselves, in particular the students were take charge in their respective classrooms and they were act as a teacher, in this regard the teachers were have enough time to take rest in just one day. teachers, they just not made to be teach but they are made to be educated.

the science officers inside our campus  are conducting different activities and contests inline with the celebration of the science.Because we are celebrating science celebration when September comes and it was yearly celebrated.many students participating this said activities and contests.also the young leaders, they are the one who will start and conduct different activities. and also the most  awaited contest is the 'GINOO AT BB. KALIKASAN" every year level they are competing and have an screening until four pairs for each year level  will be get  for the finals.
and also the aim of the leaders and science  clubers inside our school is to have an echofriendly school and better home for the students they make sure that our campus is clean and they teach us on how to take care aou nature and how to help to rehabilitate the the former beauty of our mother nature

                                                                MODERN HERO

WHEN I WAS A CHILD  MY IMAGINATION WAS VERY OPEN AND WE CANNOT DENY THAT ALL PEOPLE WHEN THEY WAS A CHILD TOO THEY HAVE THEIR  OWN HERO SUPER MAN, BAT MAN,WONDER WOMAN,SPIDER MAN.BUT THIS MODERN YEARS, IN THE PRESENT OUR HERO BEFORE WAS FADED AND WE FOUND A NEW ONE.LIKE ME I FOUND A NEW ONE AND MY NEW HEROES ARE THE "TEACHERS".BECAUSE THEY ARE OFFERING THEIR FULLEST TIME AND SERVICE TO US FOR US TO BE EDUCATED. NO DOCTORS,LAWYERS,POLITICIANS,POLICEMAN WITHOUT A TEACHER THEY ARE ALSO SELFLESS GIVERS AND I CAN SAY THAT THEY ARE MOTHERS,FATHERS,AND BESTFRIENDS.THEY ARE SHARING THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND THEY CANNOT LEAVE US IN TIMES OF PROBLEMS AND WHEN WE ARE ALONE.

AND WHEN WE ARE SUFFERING PROBLEMS IN LIFE THE TEACHERS ARE ALWAYS THERE TO GUIDE US AND GIVE ADVICE. THE TIME WHEN WE LOST HOPE THE TEACHERS ALWAYS THERE TO GIVE LIGHT OUR MINDS FOR US TO BE AN OPTIMISTIC. THIS IS MY MODERN HERO "THE TEACHERS"

Isang layunin ng pagkakaroon ng isangwikang pampansa ang pagpapalaganap ng pagkakaisang pambansa, ang pagkakaroon ng heograpiko at pulitikal na pagkakapatiran, at maging ang pagkakaroon ng isang sumasagisag na pambansang wika ng isang bansa.Wika ang pinakamagandang regalo ng Maykapal sa kanyang mga nilalang. Ito ang tanging kasangkapan ng tao sa pakikipag-ugnayan niya sa kapwa, sa asosasyon, sa institusyon at maging sa dakilang Bathala. Malaki ang nagagawa ng wika sa pagkakaroon ng magandang unawaan, ugnayan at mabuting pagsasamahan.

Kung wala ang wika, paano kaya magkakaintindihan ang mamamayan, paano kaya mapabibilis ang pagsulong ng kaunlaran at paano kaya mapalalapit ang tao sa isa’t isa? Sa bawat isang tanong at marami pang kasunod na katanungan, hindi sapat ang senyas, drowing, ang kulay, ang krokis, ang ingay o anumang paraang maaaring likhain ng tao upang matugunan ang lahat ng mga katanungan. Sa lahat ng ito, kailangan ng tao ang wika.

kaya taon taon dito sa paaral namin ang mga officers ng kapisanang  FILIPINO ay nas sasagawa ng mga ibat ibabang pa contest at activities ukol sa selabrasyon.Upang malinang ang kakayahan ng mga studyante.

MY REFLECTION 

FIRST DAY F OUR DISCUSSION IN ICT I FELT THE IGNORANCE AND FEAR. BECAUSE I THOUGHT OUR TEACHER WAS NOT A FRIENDLY AND A TERROR TEACHER. BUT  DAYS PAST. MY FIRST IMPRESSION TURNED TO OPPOSITE. I HAVE LEARNED A LOT OF THINGS AND KNOWLEDGE. THE SUBJECT ICT WAS INTERESTING AND ENJOYABLE.WHEN I WAS IN THIRD YEAR I DO NOT KNOW  HOW TO CREATE A BLOGGER AND ON HOW TO BLOG THAT TIME. BUT WHEN I ENTERED THE WORLD OF BEING A SENIOR THE "ICT" SUBJECT INTRODUCED THE MEANING OF THAT WITH THE HELP OF MY BEAUTIFUL AND TALENTED TEACHER MRS.VERA CRUZ. I GUEST THE FLOW OF MY SATISFACTION ON THIS SUBJECT WILL NOT TURN TO OPPOSITE. EVEN IN PARTICIPATING DIFFERENT CONTESTS WAS INTRODUCED ME WITH THE HELP OF THIS SUBJECT IN ALSO  IN ENCODING. I'VE LEARNED  ON HOW TO ENCODE AND EVEN BLOGGING MY HANDS O ACTIVITIES. THIS SUBJECT HELPED ME SO MUCH. I'M THANKFUL BECAUSE THIS SUBJECT IS  VERY USE FULL. I CAN APPLY OF WHAT I'VE LEARNED ON THIS SUBJECT. I HOPE THIS UP COMING SECOND GRADING IS NOT A VERY CRITICAL DAYS......

                             MY REACTION ABOUT THE SONA OF OUR PRESIDENT PNOY

 OUR PRESIDENT DELIVERED HIS FOURTH SONA AND HE GAVE POINT OUR TOURISM AD PNP. MANY OF FILIPINOS ARE NOT YET SATISFIED IN DELIVERING HIS SONA. ANOTHER HISTORY HERE IN COUNTRY THAT OUR PRESIDENT GIVING HIS VERY BEST TO ELEVATE OUR ECONOMY AND TO HELP OUR FELLOW FILIPINOS. AND HE IS DOING HIS RESPONSIBILITIES TO MAKE AN INNOVATION AND NURTURING THE CHANGE."We see the government is trying to correct thing for good... People always complain rather look a way to alleviate their status because if we complain always nothing will happen" . AND HE GAVE POINT ALSO THE OUR COUNTRY'S EXPERIENCES DIFFERENT TRAGEDIES AND HOW OUR COUNTRY RUNNING FOR HIS CHANGE.I HOPE OUR PRESIDENT WILL CONTINUE HIS WILL AND PLANS. TO ELEVATE AND TO MAKE OUR COUNTRY A BETTER PLACE AND PROGRESIVE.

                                             NUTRITION  MONTH CELEBRATION




I believe healthy nutrition is the most important factor for maintaining and keeping good health. Healthy nutrition basically is eating healthy and balanced from all the basic food groups; which consists of the dairy group, poultry group, fruit group, vegetable group and a little from the fats, oils, and sweets groups. It is also imperative to drinl an adequate amount that corresponds with the daily guidelines of eight glasses a day which is equivalent to a one two-liter soda per day. In order for myself to attain this status of eating healthy I kept a food log for a month that has the entries of what I ate each day.Every year we are celebrating Nutrition month celebration here in our country Philippines. the year's theme is "GUTOM AT MALNUTRISYON SAMA-SAMA NATING WAKASAN. here in our country we must lessen the people who's suffering sickness and health problems. We must start the change. and now there's a lot of activities and contest that people do to enlighten the mind of people so that they will care their health and body. so that they will live happier and healthy.

Dear Mr. President,

     Mr. President It's my honor to express my thoughts regarding the Kto12 advanced education system inside our country. In the first place Mr.President we all know that this law is very essential and this is  for the sake of all filipinos. And this is the key to elevate the literacy of country Philippines. And we do believed that "Knowledge is power".
        To cut this little introduction about this law Mr. President I would like to introduce first, my self.
I am Russell Quidulit came from the province of Ilocos Sur. I am an ordinary student of Ilocos Sur National High School a graduating student.The very reason why I would like to give point this censorious  topic Mr. President is to please you to continue your advocacy in  elevating regarding our literacy.
        And I believed Mr. President taht  the first condition of education is being able to put someone 
to wholesome and meaningful work.that's only sir.
